The Maintenance Agreement stipulates that all Villa owners contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of their Villa and the Common Areas of the Estate.

The following expenses are covered by the maintenance fee.

1. Reception

• General maintenance and repairs

• Daily cleaning and rubbish disposal

• Local Taxes but excludes National and Tourist Taxes

• Contributions to local communities

2. Common Areas

• Maintenance of car park, roads and pathways

• Maintenance of gardens and water features

• Maintenance of lighting

3. Individual Villas

• Regular maintenance of swimming pool and pump

• Regular garden and garden fitting maintenance

4. Staffing

• Reception

• Security

• Cleaning

• Garden Staff

• Staff Uniforms
