Current Indonesian Law does not allow foreigners to hold direct Freehold Land Title in their own names.

The price is inclusive of a 50 year Lease of the Land and your Villa, this Lease will be in your name. A full furnishings pack is also included. but excludes Rental Furnishings Pack. Purchase Process
The purchase of a Villa will be controlled by the following contractual agreements between the Purchaser and the Developer.

• Binding Sale and Purchase Agreement

• Maintenance Agreement

• Owner's Charter

• Indonesian Lease Agreement on handover

The purchase process is linked to the construction schedule, from the initial reservation deposit to the final payment 1 month after completion of construction.

Terms of Payment

1. First Payment 10% on signing this Agreement.

2. Second Payment 20% to be paid within 30 Days of signing this Agreement

3. Third Payment 30% to be paid upon 50% completion of the Villa

4. Fourth Payment 35% to be paid upon 75% completion of the Villa

5. Fifth Payment 5% to be paid within one month of completion of the villa
