Because your Villa will meet our high quality standards, Aleesha Villas will be pleased to lease back your Villa to guarantee an income for the months you don't occupy your Villa. We will also manage your property, pay all regular expenses and maintenance costs during the time of the rental period on your behalf.

"Changes in level of occupancy will change the outcome of the Nett Return. 11% Guaranteed Return on Investments are available subject to a 50 week Block-Out period and excluding High Season.
All expenses including Rental Furnishings Pack (Bed Linen, Towels etc.) AU$500 - 1 Bed Villa, AU$995 - 2 Bed Villa, Insurance, Fees and Taxes are payable as per the Contract. All Rental Investments are subject to Annual Review. All Rentals are subject to a 20% Management Fee.
