"Figures based on previous 5 years Land & Package investments in sanur with 70% occupancy and sold off plan. prices will increase after completion of the whole project. Changes in level of occupancy will change the outcome of the Gross Return. 11% Guaranteed Return on Investments are available subject to a 50 week Block-Out period and excluding High Season.
All expenses including Rental Furnishings Pack (Bed linen, Towels. etc.) Insurance, Fees and Taxes, are payable as per the Contract. Binding sale and Purchase agreement, maintenance agreement and owners charter are all available on request All Rental Investments and Returns are subject to an Annual Renewal by both parties. Various Rental Investment packages are available  All Rentals are subject to a 20% Management Fee.

Hotel license and Rental Furnishings Pack Costs per Villa -
