The lifestyle in Bali is very relaxing and the fact that the cost of living is so much cheaper than the West full-time staff or a personal maid or your own driver are exceptionally reasonable to employ so it makes your money go a long, long way allowing you to live very comfortably in Bali.

It is always a good idea to have your travel documents including passports, visas, travel insurance certificate and driving license photocopied, leaving a copy at home and carrying a copy with you whilst you are traveling but kept separately in a safe place away from your main belongings.

As of going to press there are no vaccinations required for Bali.  However, it is important to check with your GP a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your departure as to the current requirements.

Communications out of  Bali are excellent, telephone, Broadband internet connection etc.  However, the time in Bali is GMT + 8 hours.

Medical services in Bali are provided by local hospitals and International Clinics to Western standards such as SOS and The Bali International Medical Centre (BIMC). Both of these  Medical Centers are equipped to a high standard and use overseas experts as well as tele-diagnosis. They are in close proximity to Aleesha Villas, only a few minutes by car.
