On handover when the Villa is completed it is essential that the owner insures his Villa and Contents, at his own expense, to cover all risks and also including damage to Third Party adjoining Villas and Common Areas.

This only becomes necessary when the Villa is completed and furnished. This will be arranged locally by Aleesha Villas with an International Insurance Company and the relevant costs as indicated below will be borne by the respective Owners

Villas A and E Rp. 5.1 million per Villa, per Annum. Including Contents and Third Party Liability.

Villas B,C,D Rp.4.2 million per Villa, per Annum. Including Contents and Third Party Liability.

STAGE 2

All villas 1 to 8 comprehensive cover is Rp.3.2 Million per year.
